Thabo's Story
Thabu Chidimba is a 37-year-old farmer, from the Rumphi district, Malawi. She is responsible for five of her own children and 12 others. She became a member of an ActionAid supported Coalition of Women Farmers, which has introduced training on right to land ownership, spreading knowledge of best practice and locally based new techniques.
William's Story
William Kiprop, is 32 and is from Kiptoi village, in the Rift Valley province of Eastern Kenya. He has been a farmer for more than ten years and is also a trainer on issues related to HIV/AIDS awareness, poverty alleviation through small scale agricultural production.
